I see you!
This is me on the ONE day it snowed in Greenville this year. I stood out in the snow waiting for Keith to pick me up from class. It was quite nice.
Mirrored ceilings are fun! I can't decide which of us looks cooler here...
Holton came over for the opening of presents and to gaze upon my engagement ring! Junior ring ceremony; hanging with the Jones.
Me, Jennifer, and Kat Bode A group shot at Graduation LOOK WHAT I FOUND HOLTON!!
For my 16th B-day present my mom took me and some friends to Myrtle Beach for a weekend. Prom! Hanging out with Jeff and Mykl at our high school graduation cookout. I totally graduated first!
My friend Ray and I getting ready to go to prom. Me and Ray Me and Ray on Graduation day. That's my goober of a sister there behind me.
Spring Break 01'
My friend Jackie and I hanging out on some Zebras at South of the Border. This was what I call a dirty dirty trick. We all had to go on a Senior retreat and at this particular "team work" activity, one of us was placed on the end of a rope and had to trust a couple of our fellow classmates not to let us fall and die. Then we had to climb up this 30 ft pole and stand on the top if we could. What they didn't tell you was that the little disk at the top spun around and it was wobbly as all sin. I did not manage to stand on top. I still haven't forgiven my mom for signing the form that said the camp we went to wasn't responsible for our injury or DEATH. Yea. She signed it. Yay graduation day! Man I hate the color yellow.
This is my sister(front), my mom(middle back), and my long time family friends Mary and Joe Rice at my Junior Ring Ceremony. Due to the fact that I went to a Catholic high school, we had to have an eternity long mass for every special event. This is at St. Michael's church in Cary. Hahaha! Look what I found! I think you are currently upset with Jay because he ran off with some girl.
My sister and I at my 8th grade "graduation". All it was was a 2 hour long Catholic mass with me in a dress (I hate wearing dresses) and then they gave me this diploma looking thing that offically declared me ready for high school. On the family trip to Hawaii with our nanny at the time, Elena. I can't remember what year...
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Maria look at us here! LOL!
I received a painting by one of my favorite artists, Bob Burridge. He's a great artist and I love taking his class at the annual Art Of the Carolina's. :D Everyone admiring my ring :D
My future hubby and I :D Isn't this the cutest set of warmies you've ever seen! :-) DS wars! I think we are battling it out with Meteos.
In our Valentine's Day livery, hehe :D My outfit is completed by the red Wii remote cover Keith got me. I love my new red Wii remote cover! :D
Maria and I floatin' around in Cozumel Time to open presents! Elaine received an Apple gift card for a new iMac and I got the coolest jammies ever!! ZEBRA STRIPED! AHHHHHHH!!!!! I also got a gift card for Jerrys Art-a-rama, only the best art supply store EVOR. Um..what. the. hell. am I wearing?! Looks like a horribly stripped tent!
My most favoritest doggy in the world! Freckles! He was the best dog ever. Me with Oreo, my bestest kitty buddy. He was an awesome cat. A few years down the road we picked up another black and white kitty with the exact same little white dot on her nose. She was a long haired kitty though.
This was another adorable dog I came across :D Cumberland Falls, KN
This was really hard for me to guess. Damn Pumice stones!
Family photo op! Keith and I with his mum, Elaine :D Taking a photo moment on a trek up the mountain.
The rest of us choose the covered car...even I thought it was a bit too chilly to be in the open breeze. Like good tourists, we got a shot a the picture rock.
In my new niffty hat! :D Found a nice over look to stop at
Attacked!
Family shot!
I followed Keith example and began keeping the blood suckers off me with my hat...Maria, who refuses to wear hats, suffered. I found the hike fun to begin with, despite the squitos' and watching Maria get eaten just made it better >:-)
Even this short hike made my lungs feel like they were the size of a pea. I tend to be uncooperative when it comes to having my picture taken
Proudly displaying my arm!
I costume that took me 3 mins to wrap around my noggin, hehe For one class we had to dress up in costumes (which no one remembered to bring) and do a one day drawing of a classmate. I think Kirks get up was the best. She drew me and all I did was wrap blue shop towels around my head. I'm told I looked very Arab. Revising my aquatint frog.
frightening sight soft ground
I was so excited about this dress but Elaine was my voice of reason and reminded that it would traveling all the way to Hawaii and then probably be really hot to wear. I'm glad I listened :D We had a lot of fun dress shopping that day. This was a fun day, nice weather for a mountain train ride. So I had this idea after we did a "group" print in my printmaking class last semester that it would fit perfectly in my coffee table. The coffee table has a sheet of glass on it. I laminated it, cut it out, there you go.

I got some new perscription sunglasses before the trip and they rock! I look sauve no? :D I really REALLY wanted to take one of these chairs home with me! DREAMY! Getting ready for dinner
When it got too cold for us outside we'd come in a play Mario Party for a while. I found myself a rather comfy place :D I'm not sure what's happening here. "This is a ship. I am a goober." :D
She Who Always Makes Cheesy Face :)
Anyone remember what birthday this was? I have forgotten XD Ms. Russ's 5B Ms. Lane's 6-B I don't know about the rest of you but I thought Ms. Lane was a very grumpy person! XD
No wonder I used to have such bad headaches!! Look at this! I'm carrying at least 10lbs of hair around! Sheesh! Me and Kit Kat. WHOA check out those glasses!! Sheesh! Little green lizards were available for purchase. Apparently they make great pets and/or face decor! :D
Christmas 2009
I got to visit with my bud Jenn. She used to babysit me and Maria. When we met she was 17 and I was 12. You do the math, hehe.
ZEBRA SHIRT! EEEEHHHH!!!! I openly declare this one of the best gifts EVOR! The Zebra Snuggie! That's right. Keith wanted in on the snuggie zebra goodness!
Love is zebra striped :) Ru got me a new zebra mug for Christmas and brewed myself some Berry Zinger!
Half human, half camera!
Keith and Karina the night of the luau! Karina with her crazy hat. Wedding time!!!
Wedding time!!! Wedding time!!! Mom walks me down the sandy aisle.
I had to lose the shoes half way down. Trying to keep them on wasn't happening. I could hardly hear the minister over the sound of the waves behind us.
I blew my 'ha', or Life-force, into the Lei three times then placed it over Keith's shoulders. He's especially tall when I have no shoes on and I'm sinking in the sand. Keith does the same before draping the lei over me.
Time to bless the rings In the ministers own words, "Please face each other and take your partners ring and hold it against your heart, and fill it with all your dreams and wishes for a wonderful life together. This is where you wish for the long life, the good health, and the new house you've chosen on Kauai. Because of the circular nature of these rings, those dreams and desires will always stay with your beloved, wrapped around their finger for all time."
Keith gives me my ring I finally get to mark him as TAKEN! :)
Lastly we were serenaded with the traditional Hawaiian wedding song.
We got do a petal toss. It's rather difficult throwing into the wind :D Keith is trying to eat muh face off! Whilst I grab his bum! :)
Family hugging time!
Hug da mom! Hug the sis Hug Uncle Beau
Ally's turn! My new father-in-law, Mark Keith's bro, Justin
Bestest bud Ru!!! Ra Ra Ra!!! :D I really didnt' want to do this pose. I am incredibly uncomfortable with being picked up by someone. They photographer kept telling me to relax and smile. I bared my teeth at him, lol.
I decided to use the engagement ring as the wedding band as well but Keith got a spiffy new piece of bling :D
They wanted us to do a foreheads resting together pose but I COULD NOT keep from laughing!
I'm given away. On the inside mom was thinking "Freakin' finally!" ;-)
With my sister Maria before the ceremony All the girls!
We wanted to throw him in the water...it was hard to resist! :D I loved throwing the petals! We thought it was going to be some kind of special sacred love rock ceremony..."and now you both lay your hands upon the Rock of Commitment!..." But no. No. I was too short for some of their desired photos XD LOL!
Blowing 'ha', our Life-force, into the leis Gazing at the stars in each others eyes! Sigh! Keith has such dreamy eyes. Cutting the cake together
I look like I'm eating the flowers. I was really hungry at this point in time. KISSES!
Being instructed on when to throw the petals Dinner at Gaylord's on the Kilohana Plantation, a restored plantation estate that provides a glimpse of life in the 1930s. Second dinner of filet mignon in my case :) There was no smashing of cake in the face mostly due to the fact that I was so not going to waste precious carbs in such a fashion! ;-)
Then a few toasts of well wishing. And lastly, off with the monkey suits! I wouldn't have traded it for the world but man was I ready to get out of that dress!
I may look frumpy but damn was I comfortable!!! Hippo Sis cried all over me :P
Blessing the rings
Oh yea. I gotta rock. :) Dancing on the beach is tough!
